Life Coaching from the Inside Out

It’s a fact – life certainly has its ups and downs, but honestly? The apparent size of your struggles is nothing compared with your ability to solve them.

As a human, your experience of life is created from the inside. While there is nothing you can do to change the world around you, you most certainly have the capacity to change your subjective experience of it.

I offer Life Coaching in person or via Skype, delivered either over 10 weekly sessions or as an intensive two day programme. During our time together, you will get one-to-one support on addressing issues and/or thoughts that are keeping you stuck.

Expect to get shifts in your mind-set and see your future in a very different light. Confronting your less-than-helpful habits is always difficult, but stretching the parameters of your comfort zone is where you’ll find real liberation.

The wonderful thing is – no matter how ‘deep-rooted’ or ‘real’ a problem looks, you’re never more than one thought away from being all right.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Described as part of the next generation of psychology, Neuro-Lingusitic Programming (or NLP) refers to three incredibly important facets in creating our human experience: neurology, language and programming.

NLP describes the relationship between the mind (neuro) and language (lingusitic) and how they impact on our body and behaviour (programming).

There is a structure to our experience of life, and we all have patterns to the way we think. The good news is, all that we need to create change is already within us.

Using NLP, I just find the difference that makes the difference.

NLP is non-exclusive, and I often incorporate hypnosis into sessions to achieve the desired change.

If you have a problem that your conscious thinking cannot solve – Hypnotherapy may be the answer.

During a Hypnotherapy session, I work with you at a subconscious level to help make changes to your thoughts, feelings, habits and/or behaviours. Your mind is able to take on board new ways of thinking and behaving in hypnotic trance – and these changes happen easily and permanently.

Hypnotherapy offers alternative responses for your subconscious mind to choose from – new, healthier ways to fulfil the same positive intention without keeping you stuck in the same patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Hypnosis is a tool for better health that everyone can use – some to dramatic effect. Your best interests are always at heart, and your integrity is of the utmost importance.
